There better be some good food at the end of the race…

So far, I’m learning a lot about stretching, running, different training methods, and I feel SO good. I’m using baby powder on my feet before runs to prevent blisters (it’s working!) and today going to buy new shoes. And my wife is catching up to me on speed, so that’s another motivating factor!!
Can’t wait to document the journey of running and eating!
